Visiting time:- 09.00a.m. to 11.00a.m.

                          02.00p.m. to 04.00p.m.

No parent. is allowed to meet his ward on any other day.

 Only vegetarian meals are served in the school mess.

Food parcels (biscuits, Namkeen etc) any ornaments &cash money from parents are not allowed for their wards in any condition.

In the event of withdrawal of a student. the parent/guardian must collect the student immediately failing which the student will be sent to home with an escort at the parent’s expenses.

In case of leaving the school parents must collect the belongings of the student within a week from the date withdrawal, failing which the same will be distributed to the pours.

Hope Academy reserves all rights of revision of the fee & amendment in any school rules.

Parents may visit the school to celebrate their child birthday with all students in the school campus.

All installments of the fee must be deposited in time as per school norms.

A fine Rs. 500/-per month will be charged in case of delay.

If a student join the school as a hostler he/she. in no case will be permitted to be a day boarder in that session.

The Principal has power to refuse request for boarders to send home to attend religious festival marriage, etc.

The school bears the expenses for first aid and routine medicines but those recommended by the doctors will be borne by the parents.

The Principal will issue instructions regarding departure of boarders for all vacations to the parent/guardian well in time.

The amount deposited towards the registration and admission for any particular year is neither refundable nor transferable to any other year and fee once paid wilt not be refunded in any case the hostel student will not be permitted to be a day scholar in mid session in any condition
