If the
parents do not want their word to continue for the next school session
they must inform in writing giving three month notice failing which
will have to pay may & June fee & security money will not be refunded
in this case.

If a student leaves School in mid session after two or three days of
admission the parents will have to pay All dues for 12 month Of
ongoing session
·
A
student must join the school on the due date after vacation or leave
if he/she join late affine of Rs.50/- per day will be charged.
·
A
student may be expelled from the school due to irregular attendance
misbehavior disobedience dishonesty or using unfair means in
examination.
·
Security money must be withdrawn with in 6th month from the

from the date of leaving the school if it is not claimed within this
period the amount will be transferred to the children welfare fund.

The children should also be taught general norms of good behavior at
their home during vacation parent should not only ask the children to
speak politely but they should also speak to them politely when they
are at home during the vacation.

Provisional admission to class XI will be offered In April on the
student performance in the pre-Board & examination or interview/Test,
if required.
·
Fee once paid will not be refunded in all case Fee structure is a
subject to revision from time to time.
·
Parents are requested to communicate immediately any change in
address without delay .parents are requested to make all report direct
to the principal and not to the teachers.
·
10% fee concession is given to the wards of serving & retired decence
personnel 20%fee concession is given to wards of defiance widows.
·
100% fee concession is given to only two words of employed teachers of
this institution.
·
100% Fee concession is given to a student belonging to poor family on
the basis of out standing performance.
·
25% Fee Concession only in Annual fee is given to the youngest child
if two children are studying.
The hostel is open
for students of class 1st onwards and the minimum age for admission
would be 5 years in month of June at that year. Parents and persons by
them can meet their ward only on the second Saturday of every month.
